Shipping and Return Policy

Domestic Return Policy

You can return any item purchased on Trovata.com within 21 days from fulfillment. Please note once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to alter, edit or modify any of the details of that order.
Here's how to get a return or exchange started.
1. Use trovata.loopreturns.com to complete the online return form.
2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
3. Use the pre-paid USPS Return Label provided by the online return form and take to any location that accepts USPS packages. We will deduct a flat return fee of $10.00, from your refund.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
Exchanges
If you do wish to exchange your item purchased at trovata.com, you can do so at no additional cost within 30 days from fulfillment. 

Fill out the form at trovata.loopreturns.com, and select the "exchange" option and select a replacement. As soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the item for a different size and/or color one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
Refunds
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. Please note that the time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
 

Sale Returns

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned. Items on sale cannot be combined with other offers. If a full price order was placed (not received) within 7 days prior to a sale, we will honor the sale price with a refund of the difference. No exceptions for orders made outside of this window. If an additional markdown offer is made during the sale we will only honor one request of a price difference. For any questions, please email hello@trovata.com. 

12 Days of Trovata

During the "12 Days of Trovata" promotional offer, all orders can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please reach out to hello@trovata.com should you have any questions or concerns.

International Shipping

We currently fulfill orders to the following countries:

Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, China (Hong Kong), France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

We ship Monday through Friday with the exceptions of holidays from Southern California, United States. Orders will be fully processed within approximately 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Note on International Tax/Duties/VAT

As per Customs, you, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

NOTE: TROVATA is using a thrid-party affiliate ZONOS that will calculate all fees upon checkout. 

TROVATA  is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of TROVATA to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, TROVATA  is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

International Returns

At this time we currently DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please note we are working diligently to offer return and exchange options. In the meantime please reach out to hello@trovata.com for any questions regarding fit, sizing or any other concerns.
